Laser engraving is a high-precision, high-heat process that removes or alters material to create permanent designs. Because of this, there’s always a small risk of unexpected results—especially on sentimental or irreplaceable items.

📌 Refunds are considered case by case, but we cannot replace items damaged during engraving.
