When We’ll Make It Right:

• If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or defective due to our mistake, we’ll fix it—replacement, store credit, or in rare cases, a refund.

• You must notify us within 7 days of delivery with photos and details of the issue.

• We do not accept returns for buyer’s remorse, incorrect sizes, or design changes after approval. Check those mockups and size charts before hitting purchase!

• Shipping issues? We’ll help you file claims with the carrier, but we can’t refund shipping errors outside our control.
